  • HSA Investigate Farm Accident in Cork

    The Health and Safety Authority and gardaí have opened separate investigations into a farm accident in west Cork yesterday in which a 14 year old boy was killed.

    The boy was fatally injured when he became trapped between a Hymac digger and a wall on the farm near Church Cross near Skibbereen at about 6pm
